Charles Deane

Hi I'm Deano, for those that don't know I'm currently in my second year of being social sec for the ICUCC. However I am now hanging up my social sec boots to take on the challenge of being ICUCC's next President. I think I would be great for this role as I have been on committee for the past two years so I understand how the club works better than most. My plan for the next year is firstly to consolidate the incredible work that Ach has done over the past couple years. The growth that he has overseen, is something I hope to continue next year and see the club hit new heights! Despite the great work that Ach has done, I think there are ways to streamline some of our processes as a club as well as implement new strategies to get more people involved and loving cricket. I'm looking forward to working with the rest of the committee next year on some new and exciting initiatives to build the club more and to make sure that the growth we have had over the past two years continues next year.
