Hello!

My name is Nina and I am running to be your ICSMSU Social Secretary!

In the whirlwind journey of medical school, amidst the endless lectures, placements and exams, it's crucial we make time to enjoy ourselves. That's what is so beautiful about the role of Social Secretary. I'm passionate about bringing smiles to your faces and carving out memories that'll last a lifetime.

With a background in organizing successful charity and social events, including most recently UH Sports Night- one of the biggest social nights in the medical calendar- I'm no stranger to the dedication and meticulous planning required to make magic happen. The event required effective communication with over 100 clubs and socs at 5 different universities making this years UH the most successful ever.

I recognize the weight of responsibility that comes with being part of the SU, but I'm ready to roll up my sleeves and pour my heart into making our events the talk of the med school and make our entertainments team the best yet! From revitalizing Freshers' Fortnight to orchestrating the most unforgettable Phoenix Ball to date, I'm determined to raise the bar and sell out those tickets! Not to mention I have some great social ideas for THE team that makes this med school function: Our hard working ICSMSU.
