Heya everyone :) I'm Arjun and I'm standing to be your ICSM Clubs and Socs Chair for next year! Having worked as your VCSA this year, I've been heavily involved in the running of many of the clubs that have contributed heavily to our life at ICSM, and I only want to do more to continue to help them improve.

With my experience this year, I've seen in particular what clubs have struggled with, and I want to set a standard so that each club feels completely prepared to run each of their events, whether tours or tutorials, successfully.

1. Start 1-2-1 training earlier, by starting handover processes sooner in the year for the CCs of our largest clubs.
2. Create a new finance document (with MGT), outlining all of the processes so that any queries treasurers have (particularly at the beginning of the year) can be answered by a central document that ICU will vet; similar to the Annual Budgeting document I made.
3. Continue the work to streamline the new calendar, as it was our first year adapting to the cramped schedule; see what can be shifted elsewhere.
4. Improve Welfare support and training within clubs.
5. Work with ICU to learn the new system that will be introduced for event proposals, and work with them over Summer to prevent a huge backlog of EPs in September (as happened this year).
7. Work with ICU to change how Sports are run at Imperial.
