Hello all,

My name is Simeng, currently the Vice Captain of Imperial College Archery Club (ICAC). Here I pitch to run for Captain, and I believe I shall convince you for the following reasons:

• I have been in the comittee for 2 years, as Treasurer then Vice Captain. Hence I know how the club operates and I am confident that I can run it well next year.
• I have reformed the sturcture of our annual beginner's course this year, which achieved the highest retention rate ever (>80%). Thus I am also capable of making changes for the growth of the club. Your voice and opinions are also important, and they will be taken into account.
