Hello Lovely Ladies,

I’m Rhianne, and I have spent the last year as captain for the amazing socials team. Since freshers, Netball has been particularly important to me, and I want to be able to continue to give back to the club. As socials captain this past year, I know I have developed the organisational skills needed to excel in this position.

My objectives as treasurer:

• Earmarking budget to support two coaches, one to focus solely on the 1s thorough 3s, and one for the development of the 4s and socials.
• Liaise with to IA to get transportation for free or heavily subsidised to Harlington for LUSL matches.
• Implementing a new process to ensure timely reimbursement of player claims.
• Assess allocation of grant money
  • SMHA grant to either subsidise transport to matches in London, not just outside, or allowing claims for petrol costs. Could even look into using it to subsidise varsity stash for everyone at the end of the year.
  • ADF grant to support more fun and unexpected expenses, like the 2s UH or even a socials UH.

• Ordering dresses for all teams, to ensure their arrival before matches start.
• Tiered subs, to encourage more people to buy subs.

If elected, I would spend the summer reviewing our accounts, looking for money left over that could be used for funding gym sessions to improve player fitness, or in other ways to help the club. Please vote for me!
