Yashita Saxena

Hi! I am Yashita, a first-year Econ, Finance, and Data Science student running for Treasurer. If you haven’t gotten the memo already, I can promise I will manage our money well. As treasurer I promise to be transparent in the way our funds are used effectively to deliver the best events and tournaments next year.

Why me?

• I aim to foster a collaborative environment within the committee to ensure that everyone is on the same page so we can work together with our financial resources to deliver the society's missions and goals.
• I am confident that I will make a suitable candidate for this role given my background in accounting and finance as I have carried out relevant work experience and been heavily involved in the investment society’s student run fund: QT Capital.
• I am an organized individual and can manage my time well so I am sure I will be able to dedicate a good amount of time and effort to this role.
