Julia Purrinos De Oliveira

Hey everyone! I'm Julia (she/they) and I'm a third year Biology student.

I would love to get involved with the hard work the IQ committee has been doing to include all identities and make everyone feel empowered. As women's officer, I want to contribute to this and uplift anyone, and specifically, those who identify as a female, whether it be cis women, transgender women, bisexual women, lesbian women or those that are questioning.

From my previous committee experience on RCSU as VPA and VPW I have learned that being in a committee role is about listening, learning and growing alongside the members of the society. I would really like to plan small cute events to bring everyone together and chat about anything at all!
