Hello! My name is Anh, your current Industrial Relations Officer. I've enjoyed being on the committee this year and would love to stay on to help with the smooth running of ChemSoc.

In my capacity as the IRO, I was responsible for spearheading the Autumn Careers Fair, Lab Visit at White City and other events. These responsibilities have provided experience in coordinating with company representatives and refined my skills in event coordination. Additionally, I've witnessed the meticulous administration and planning that goes on behind the scenes to ensure the success of our initiatives. From our coffee drop-ins to the annual Christmas dinner, I understand the importance of organisation and communication.

As secretary, I will support ChemSoc by:

Ensuring smooth communication by scheduling meetings and keeping everyone updated
Taking comprehensive minutes and ensuring they are followed up with
Coordinating logistics such as venue bookings, food catering and preparing materials
Assisting with the general running of initiatives where possible
