Namaste everyone! We are Arushi and Yashita, first year students, and we're running to be your Events Officers!

From our first bollywood club night in London - “Friction” to the extravagant Utsav ball, Indian Soc’s events have consistently helped us feel connected to our roots and create unforgettable memories. We will strive to keep this legacy alive!

Why us?

• Arushi successfully choreographed ’Malhaar’ at EMW this year and was a part of her school student council where she organized cultural assemblies, for Independence Day, Ganesh Chaturthi and more
• Yashita has been involved in organizing events like Diwali, Republic Day and International Day involving her whole school
• We are extremely organized and hardworking, so you can rely on us to handle event logistics seamlessly
• We work well together and with others, and we are dedicated to making students feel at home through our events
• We will bring a fresh perspective and won’t hesitate to take initiative in planning more socials and a memorable committee retreat
• We will keep the existing traditions alive, and successfully reorganize the newly introduced Utsav ball to make it one of Imperials biggest events
• We will seek suggestions and feedback from society members and give the people exactly what they want!

With our combined wealth of experience and spirited attitudes, we are confident that together we can positively contribute to Indian Soc’s flagship events and make them better than ever before!
