Angela Song

Hi all,

My name is Angela Song, and I am a second-year biotech student. I am running for the position of Robogals Liaison for Women in SET. As someone dedicated to advancing the representation and success of women in SET, I aim to accomplish the following if elected:

1. Organizing events related to Robogals such as coding and robotics workshops, along with seminars to provide the members with the skills and confidence needed to excel in STEM fields
2. Going beyond traditional outreach by establishing mentorship programs that connect aspiring young female students with us, offering them guidance and support to ignite their passion for SET
3. Collaborating with fellow committee members to foster a more inclusive and comfortable community through various social events such as movie nights and potluck dinners.
