Hello everyone!

My name is Hannah and I am a second year medic running to be your Chair for next year.

As someone who is interested in Dermatology as a specialty and understands the importance of skin, I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to serve as Chair for DermSoc.

Here are some of the things I would like to continue growing for Dermatology Society as Chair.

1. Opportunities: variety of engaging opportunities for people who are thinking of pursuing a career in Derm to stretch interest, make connections with other students and doctors and to chances to seek guidance from experts on the ins and outs of this specialty as well as opportunities to encourage Derm as a specialty to consider through talks, networking chances, conferences etc.
2. Academic support, particularly for Phase 1a and Phase 1b Dermatology content to aid with revision for exams
3. More publicity for DermSoc and its events and becoming an even more welcoming and inclusive society for new members
4. Find potential sponsors for skincare products who we can collab with (because who doesn't love skincare samples/discounts)

So that's my manifesto. Short and sweet, just like my skincare routine hehe
