As a passionate member of ICDSS, I aim to bridge the gap between our society and the corporate world, fostering valuable partnerships and opportunities for our members. My goal is to secure additional sponsorships to support the society in organising larger scale events.

Forge Strategic Partnerships: I will actively seek out partnerships with leading companies, startups, and organizations in the data science and technology sectors. These partnerships will provide our members with access to internships, collaboration programs, and career opportunities. By participating, members are exposed to the vast areas of applications of data science, with plenty of opportunities to kickstart their careers.

Organize Industry Events: I will organize workshops, seminars, and panel discussions featuring industry experts and thought leaders. These events will facilitate knowledge exchange, skill development, and networking opportunities for our members.

Facilitate Recruitment Drives: I will collaborate with corporate partners to organize recruitment drives, hackathons, and coding competitions tailored to the interests and skill sets of our members. These events will serve as platforms for students to showcase their talents and connect with potential employers. For example, I plan to organize Kaggle tournaments sponsored by different companies as an exclusive chance to stand out to the sponsors.
