Hey everyone! I'm Haotong, a second-year biotechnology student.

With a background as a former iGEM team leader and gold-medalist in high school, I've immersed myself in the captivating world of synthetic biology. Through these experiences, I've not only honed my skills in leadership, communication, and decision-making but also developed an unwavering commitment to pushing the boundaries of scientific innovation.

If elected as Vice President, I promise to bring my passion and energy to the table. Here's what you can expect from me:

• Organizing iGEM and Biomod Team Selection: I will ensure a smooth and inclusive process for selecting our teams, fostering creativity and collaboration among our members.
• Reaching Out to Speakers: I'll bring in inspiring speakers from academia and industry to share their insights and expertise, enriching our understanding of the latest developments in synthetic biology.
• Hosting Fun Events: From social mixers to educational workshops, I'll organize engaging events that foster camaraderie and learning within our community.
• Assisting the Chair and Committee: I'll work closely with the Chair and other committee members to support their initiatives and ensure the smooth functioning of our society.
