I'm Aigun, thrilled to run for the role of Internal/Alumni Manager in WIB. With a passion for excellence and a dynamic background in student representation, project management, and professional strategy consulting, I'm all in to bring my diverse skills and visionary leadership to this crucial role.

In this role, my main aim is to ensure flawless execution of projects aligned with the values and goals of Women in Business. I'm committed to fostering an environment where innovation rocks, collaboration blooms, and every project sets the bar for quality and impact.

My two-year stint as an academic representative was all about hearing diverse voices and making projects resonate with our members' unique needs. I've been there, done that, and know what it takes to create initiatives that speak directly to you.

As a strategy consultant in healthcare, I've mastered the art of project management, strategic planning, and problem-solving. Navigating complex projects, foreseeing challenges, and implementing effective solutions are my jam.
