Issac Tse
As a second-year biotechnology student, I am deeply enthusiastic about integrating biotechnology and consulting. I firmly believe that project development plays a pivotal role in shaping the success and educational value of future projects within ICG.
Drawing from my experiences as an Outreach Lead at The Young Consultant and as an Engagement Manager at CCN, I am well-prepared for the responsibilities of this role. During my time as Outreach Lead, I honed my skills in crafting persuasive pitch decks and effectively reaching out to potential clients through cold emailing. My extensive network within NGOs, startups, and social impact organizations positions me well for future collaborations, including potential partnerships with ICCS.
In my role as an Engagement manager at CCN, I gained valuable experience in initiating initial meetings between teams and clients, providing mentorship, and guiding project management processes to ensure teams stayed on track. Additionally, my background in working across various consulting projects (from ICG and CCN) equipped me with the ability to effectively allocate team members based on their skills and expertise, facilitating successful project outcomes.
If elected, I am committed to maintaining strong relationships with prestigious partners such as Santander and Publicis Sapient, while also seeking opportunities to expand our network and engage with new conglomerates. My aim is to facilitate impactful and engaging projects for students, enabling them to gain valuable experiences and insights across a variety of roles within ICG projects.
