Anushka Prakash

Hello! I’m Anushka and I’m a third year medic.

Femtech has been a field that has greatly interested me, and I would love to be part of it this year!

I feel that I would do justice to the role of head of subcommittee, having been sponsorship officer for paediatrics society. I worked closely with the conference chair, so have a good idea into the effort that goes into planning events, and therefore clear roles in place for each member of subcommittee.

In addition to this, I have experience as events officer for HSOC, so have planned many large scale events including inter-uni events, which would be useful organisationally for this role. I have also been the imperial representative of student medaid, which is an inter-university platform based on global health, so have experience in delegation, as well as the coordination of widespread teams, and the challenges that come with this.
