We are excited to announce our candidacy for the leadership of the Punjabi Society for the upcoming year. Our team, comprising Kuljeet Singh, Kharak Chana, and Inmeet Khurana, brings a wealth of experience, dedication, and a shared vision to create an even more vibrant and inclusive community.

Meet Your Candidates:

Kuljeet Singh, as the Vice President for 2023-24, has demonstrated exceptional leadership and organizational skills, playing a pivotal role in coordinating major events and ensuring smooth operations throughout the year. Kharak Chana, serving as both the Secretary and Bhangra Captain for 2023-24, has shown remarkable multitasking abilities and a passion for cultural representation, successfully managing administrative tasks while leading our bhangra team and several bhangra classes throughout the year. Inmeet Khurana, as a dedicated member of the sub-committee in 2023-24, has contributed significantly to the planning and execution of our events, enriching our society’s activities with his hands-on approach and innovative ideas.

Our Vision:

We aim to foster a stronger sense of community by organizing regular social gatherings, workshops, and networking events, creating spaces where every member feels welcomed and valued. Celebrating our rich Punjabi heritage through vibrant events such as Vaisakhi and Diwali is a priority, and we plan to make these celebrations even more grand and inclusive, sharing our culture with the broader university community. Finally, building on our previous successes, we will continue our regular Bhangra classes throughout the year.
