Reiya Ing

Hello Eagles! 🦅

My name is Reiya, and I am running to be the Imperial Eagles Handball Chair.

After what I would say has been a very successful year in terms of reducing debt, increasing the number of players, and hosting engaging socials, I am excited to bring everything I have learned as secretary and from my fellow committee members into the Chair position.

Despite a majority of last year's members leaving, I am thrilled to see that the committee's hard work has brought in so many new players, both experienced and beginners, who are equally determined and enthusiastic. I am also very happy with all the organised socials within the club. Although I only started handball two years ago, I have grown to love the sport but especially the people. I always prioritise the club's needs and am proud to say that I have never missed a single training 😜

As chair, a few of my aims for next year will be as follows:

• Bring in even more members to the club.
• Be an active committee member, involving myself in all aspects of the club.
• Make the training sessions and the club more organised to make everyone's life easier.
• Increase the number of friendly games with other universities.
• Introduce club sweaters with personalised names! 😉

I love this club and I plan to make it the best it can be! I hope you vote for me :)
