I am Zahra a first-year medic. I have a keen interest in wider medicine and believe I can aid the society in its future endeavours. I will ensure that each meeting is meticulously planned, with clear agendas circulated in advance. By establishing a structured format and assigning specific roles, we will maximize productivity and ensure all voices are heard. I will take comprehensive minutes, capturing essential discussions, decisions, and action items, which will be promptly shared with all members for transparency and accountability.

Our newsletter is a vital communication tool that keeps our members informed and connected. I will maintain a consistent and engaging newsletter schedule, filled with diverse content that highlights upcoming events, member achievements, and collaborative opportunities. Utilising a visually appealing template and personalized content, I aim to increase readership and member participation.

I will introduce innovative methods to keep our community active and involved, such as interactive social media campaigns, regular surveys to gauge member interests, and diverse event offerings. Furthermore, I will actively seek partnerships with other societies to organize joint events and cross-promotional activities, broadening our network and enhancing our visibility.
