My name's Madhur, and I'm a 4th year medical student.
Gastroenterology is an innovative field that beautifully balances physiology and pathology. Its rapidly evolving nature, fueled by continuous research and advancements in treatment options for conditions like IBD and liver diseases, captivates me.
In addition to managing finances and ensuring the seamless execution of all events, I am committed to enhancing exam-style resources for students across all years (Y1 to Y6). Gastroenterology is a key subject in exams and encompasses a wide range of conditions, from biliary colic to colorectal cancer. I plan to launch an SBA series featuring expert lecturers who focus on the most essential topics before providing practice questions for self-study. This is feasible to implement, and I have already done similar as Chair of Radiology Society, wherein I piloted an anatomy mock for over 150 students and organised a nationwide teaching series.
