Hi, my name is Karam and I'm running for the position of Head of Trips of the Finance soc.. I'm currently a first-year student studying Economics, Finance & Data Science.
My vision for the society in the upcoming year includes not only more frequent trips but also a wider variety of destinations. Alongside continuing the popular day trips from our first year, I plan to organise weekend getaways, cultural excursions, adventure trips, and much more. Fellow students have expressed that this is what they want, and with your vote, I will make it happen.
Collaborative planning is at the heart of my approach as Social Secretary. I believe in regularly seeking input from members to tailor events to your interests and preferences, ensuring that our activities are engaging and relevant. Additionally, I plan to create partnerships with other societies and local businesses, allowing us to expand our event offerings and create unique, memorable experiences that reflect the diverse tastes of our community.
