Hello, my name is Iihan and I am excited to present my manifesto for the role of Treasurer of ENT Society. This position offers a remarkable opportunity to contribute to the financial stability and growth of this society.

My journey in financial management began as the President of Oncology Society, where I was responsible for managing the society's finances alongside the societies treasurer. This role required meticulous budgeting, strategic allocation of funds, and ensuring financial transparency. These responsibilities honed my ability to oversee finances efficiently and effectively. In addition, my role as Sponsorship Lead for the British Orthopaedic Medical School Association (BOMSA) London provided me with extensive experience in securing funding and building partnerships. I successfully negotiated sponsorship deals, managed sponsor relationships, and ensured our events were well-funded. This experience equipped me with the skills necessary to attract and manage financial resources for the ENT Society. Finally, as Conference Chair for the "Reconstructing the Stereotype" Conference, I led a dynamic team to deliver an event that highlighted the transformative power of Plastic Surgery. This role involved coordinating with a diverse array of speakers and managing intricate logistics. This experience further reinforces my readiness to manage the financial aspects of ENT Society.
