⚡️ Tan Hong Zhe – The Circuit Connector for Year 1! ⚡️

Imagine this: Our first year is like a complex circuit. Each one of us is a vital component, but without the right connections, nothing flows. That’s where I come in. I’m Tan Hong Zhe, your potential Academic Rep, and I’m here to make sure no one gets left out of the circuit.

A little about me – I’m from Malaysia and bilingual in both English and Chinese. Communication is my strength, allowing me to represent a diverse range of voices in our cohort. I’ve also had experience as a year rep before, so I know how to manage student concerns and ensure they’re heard and acted upon.

💡 What’s my role? I’ll be your direct link, ensuring your concerns, ideas, and feedback flow seamlessly to the faculty, making sure every voice is part of the community.

⚙️ Stuck on an assignment? I’ve been there too! I’ll set up study networks, bring in extra resources, and organize group sessions to help us all boost our skills. Together, we can troubleshoot any problem.

🛠️ Hands-on experience? I’m all for it! I’ll push for more workshops and industry talks so we get real-world insights beyond textbooks.

🧠 Balance is key: I’ll advocate for mental wellbeing initiatives because burnout should never be part of the process.
