Ruby McManus

Hi, my name is Ruby and I am a first year Geology student. Our student satisfaction rate is high, so I aim to maintain and potentially improve it. If I am successful, I am going to be a person that is always available for support, both within and outside of academics, for those in my department. I aim to improve the community within the department, by listening to my peers' ideas and feeding them back to create a friendly, open and supportive environment that is perfectly tailored for everyone within the department. If I am successful, I aim to assist my peers by both being another team member who is available for support, but also by signposting them to more suitable support to promote a better quality of mental health amongst students within this department.
