What will you bring to this role? (experience, skills, etc.)

  • Multicultural awareness: Lived in the US, Japan, Switzerland, Korea, Hong Kong, and now London, which suggests I am adaptable, culturally aware, and understanding of isolation and transition. It is crucial for a role where I need to engage with students from diverse backgrounds and maintain a safe environment of inclusivity and care.
  • Positive outlook: Whether it be through heated arguments on policies or an overtime finals game, I've learned to stay positive and calm in high-intensity situations. This has trained me to hear voices broadly, collaborate, and most importantly make decisions for the students and not for myself.

Summarize why students should vote for you.

I'm FUN and EASYGOING yet COMMITTED and UNDERSTANDING.

If elected, I will shorten the bridge between study and personal life by incorporating free reading days/weeks, stress workshops, and other events that you yourself can suggest. However daunting our first year at Imperial may be, I'll make sure it'll be positively unforgettable!
