And we're on the home straight!

What an amazing 3 years it's been. We've all accomplished so much, both in our personal and academic lives. We've taken up incredible opportunities, met and made friends for life, and are prepared to enter the real world with a degree from the second best institution in the world. It will be my honour and privilege to be your academic representative through this last part of your undergraduate journey.

Last year, I did my absolute best to support you during times when we needed the department to support us, such as providing us with the deadline documents, ensuring that our Robotics exams were graded fairly, and getting the resources we needed for our modules. I campaigned for more support for our placements, and organised an event where we could speak with tutors to understand how to better apply for placement opportunities.

This year, I again intend to go beyond the standard work of resolving problems related to our modules and course structure, and provide more opportunities for all of us to push ourselves further and accomplish more. I intend to organise more networking events and create a culture amongst us where we all want to share opportunities and ideas to bring out the best versions of ourselves. For many of us, this might be the last year of formal education! Let's celebrate it with fun events and a yearbook to commemorate our time at Imperial.
