I’m Akanksha Kumari, currently pursuing my MSc in International Management at Imperial College Business School. I’m excited to run for the position of Representative to Council because I want to amplify our voices and enhance our experience at Imperial.

- Academic Background: I graduated with a GPA of 3.7 in Finance and Investment, understanding the academic pressures we face.
- Work Experience: As a Help Desk Assistant at Imperial College Union, I’ve gained insights into student needs. My internships in HR and auditing have sharpened my communication and problem-solving skills.
What I’ll Work On
- Mentoring Program: I’ll launch a 1:1 mentoring initiative, connecting students with alumni for valuable guidance.
- Open Communication: I’ll establish regular forums for discussing concerns and ideas, creating a space for everyone to share.
- Academic Support: I’ll advocate for enhanced mental health resources and academic counseling tailored to our needs.
- Engaging Events: I’ll organize networking opportunities that reflect our diverse interests.
