Hi, I’m Melina! I was CivSoc’s Marketing and Web Officer last year and would love the opportunity to continue in this role for another year. With my experience promoting events and managing communications, I’m excited to ensure CivSoc’s online presence remains strong, vibrant, and engaging for all members this year!

As Marketing and Web Officer, I promise to:

• Engage more with members by maintaining online presence - promoting your ideas, provoking discussions, and ensuring CivSoc remains a welcoming community for everyone.
• Revive our LinkedIn account to promote events and boost CivSoc’s exposure, helping participants connect with potential employers.
• Create a more appealing and cohesive social media presence to represent CivSoc and attract additional sponsors (that could be your future employers!).
• Share useful resources for civil engineering students via social media, both academically and career-wise.
