Running for Year 3 & 4 Coordinator, I'm committed to building upon the important work done within this role in previous academic years and putting greater focus on the support provided to those in their BSc year. Here's how:

1. Peer Mentoring Program: Strengthening existing peer mentoring program. Continue pairing up experienced BSc students with newcomers to provide tailored advice, study tips, and moral support from someone who's been in their shoes.
2. Guest Speaker Series: Invite professionals to share insights on career opportunities and valuable advice for your current and future academic stages. Targeted towards those in their BSc year and for those considering their BSc options.
3. Year 3 Support: Ensuring comprehensive support for Year 3 students. Look to continue case simulations, clinical investigation days. Providing teaching opportunities for the tutorial series. Continue providing OSCE support through regular CST sessions within current arrangement.
4. Publication Guidance: Assistance in navigating the publication process for your BSc projects, covering scientific writing, research methodologies, and project management.

I will use my experience from other projects and campaigns, including BADG, to work towards achieving these targets and work with the outgoing Year 3 & 4 Coordinator to ensure a smooth transfer.
