Manifesto for Women in Business: Head of Events/Sponsorship
I am Candela Antuña, 23 years old from Spain, currently studying MSc Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Management. With extensive experience in organizing events, my goal is to create experiences that are both fun and valuable, where every participant leaves with new knowledge and a stronger network.
Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, I understand firsthand the effort women in business put into thriving. My parents both run their own companies, which has inspired me to create events that empower women in business. From dinners and outings that promote networking and bonding, to inspiring talks by successful women, my aim is to design events that are both enjoyable and impactful.
I believe in crafting spaces where we can learn while having a good time. My vision is to organize events that leave you with not only new skills but also a strong sense of community and valuable connections for the future.
Why should I lead?
As a passionate and experienced event organizer, I have the skills and vision to lead as Head of Events/Sponsorship. My goal is to host events that are engaging, informative, and fun—whether through casual social dinners or impactful panels. Combining my academic background with my passion for activities like Pilates, exploring new restaurants, dancing, skiing, and traveling, I bring a dynamic approach to everything I do. I am ready to create experiences where women can grow, connect, and enjoy every step of the way.
