Hi everyone, I’m Angie. I’m also running to be your equipment officer.

Over the summer, the executive committee for ICSM Music Society, which I am part of as Vice-Chair, was tasked with an extensive inventory check which involved diligent equipment management, as well as overseeing general logistics for everything stored in our cupboards. With this background, I believe I can perform regular inventory checks that can support our conference leads when it comes to their workshops.

This of course involves maintenance, storage and organisation, and the prompt replacement of equipment not in good condition. I plan to create a tracking system on a spreadsheet that is easily accessible to the iPRAS committee, with who I would like to work closely with to ensure that the equipment we have is to the best possible standard. I’ve had a lot of experience dealing with society funds so I look forward to helping find replacements and sourcing new equipment for the society whether through sponsors or the society’s SGI. I believe the resources we need for our workshops and conferences create the funademental basis for our events, and I would love to utilise the skills and experiences I've had in the past to ensuring the frictionless operations behind the scenes.
