Khushi Dakshini

Hi! I'm Khushi, a third year medic and I'm running for the position of iPRAS Equipment Officer.

To fulifil this role, I understand the importance of organisation, efficient administration and attention to detail. As DermSoc secretary, these skills have been essential in managing schedules to coordinate events and ensuring seamless communication within the team, across other university societies and organisations. I am committed to transferring these abilities as equipment officer, ensuring that I can successfully procure safe, cost-effective equipment and resources in a timely manner.

My role as Regional Lead for NANSIG has allowed me to build a professional network with national organisations + experts. I’ve been involved in the promotion of workshops that secured a large volume of high quality products. I plan to leverage this network to benefit iPRAS as well, using my established contacts to ensure we have access to equipment for our workshops + events, enhancing the learning experience for our members.

In addition to building new connections, I will maintain strong relationships with our existing suppliers to ensure continuity and reliability for future events. My goal is to create a network of dependable contacts that not only can serve iPRAS this year, but also benefit future committees, fostering long-term success and growth for the society.

I'm committed to maintaining clear + prompt communication with suppliers and society members, ensuring smooth coordination and availability of materials for all our conferences and workshops. I'm excited about the opportunity to support the growth and success of iPRAS.
