Hi everyone,

I’m Harsha.

I’m a 3rd year medic and I’m running for ICSMSU Sites and Services Officer next year.

I’ll be looking after the student areas in SAF, Charing Cross and placement sites, along with organising merch.

Being an academic rep this year has given me experience on how to voice for change, something that I hope that I can do as SSO.

Here are some ideas for SAF and Charing Cross improvements:

• If you haven’t seen them already, remove the mice and have a termly deep clean of SAF to prevent it happening again
• Have more microwaves in both SAF and Charing Cross (in Reynold’s itself if possible)
• Add kettles to make pot noodles/tea/coffee

With the responsibility of organising ICSM merch, I am excited to revamp the style with a more sustainable outlook.

These are some thoughts:

• Organise more colours, style choices and products
• Implement a recycling scheme - bring a piece of ICSM merch back that is no longer used but in good, re-sellable condition in exchange for another piece of pre-loved merch
• Partner with ICSM RAG to raise funds through sales of a specific product or returned merch sold at a lower price in new recycling scheme
