Hello! My name is Michelle, and I'm thrilled to announce my candidacy for Events Officer at CGCU, inspired by the warmth and energy from the community support and the amazing experiences we’ve shared. I have truly enjoyed participating in CGCU events with you all this year, and I’m excited to make the upcoming year’s events even more vibrant and engaging!

As a first-year Computing student at Imperial, I look forward to creating engaging, inclusive, and memorable events that bring our community closer together. My experience as Vice-President in the Science Society and Social Services Society in high school, along with my current role as a subcommittee member of HKPASS, has equipped me with the skills to plan, promote, and execute successful events. I am passionate about keeping CGCU’s beloved traditions alive while introducing fresh, innovative experiences shaped by student feedback. My goal is to strengthen our sense of community, ensuring that every student feels welcomed, connected, and most importantly—has fun while studying engineering!
