Yirui Xu

Hi! I’m Yirui Xu, a second-year civil engineering student, aspiring to serve as your CSP Officer. I believe that participating in school club activities is not only a way for us to study but also a valuable opportunity for us to shape our character, build social relationships, and expand our skills. As the Clubs and Societies Officer, I hope to support every CGCU clubs and societies and ensure our student community can have a smooth society experience – I believe every student can find their interests and sense of belonging.

First, I want to emphasize inclusion and diversity. Everyone has their own hobbies and specialties, and I commit to supporting clubs to be able to cater various spectrum of interests, ensuring an environment where all students feel welcomed and valued.

Secondly, I will focus on the quality and sustainable development of community activities. As CSP Officer, I will actively cooperate with various clubs to provide necessary support and resources, help them organize activities, and regularly evaluate and improve the club activities quantity.

Finally, I will listen to and advocate for every student’s voice. By establishing transparent communication channels and encouraging constructive feedback, I aim to guarantee that student opinions are not only heard but also acted upon effectively.

As CSP Officer, I will be committed to creating an inclusive, diverse, quality, and sustainable community environment. I believe that through our joint efforts, our club activities will be more colorful and bring more fun and meaning to the entire student community.​
