CGCU: Wellbeing Officer

Having served as the CGCU Wellbeing Officer last year, I have seen firsthand the challenges students face and the impact that strong wellbeing initiatives can have. Over the past year, I have worked to create a more supportive and inclusive environment within the Engineering Faculty, ensuring that students have access to resources, events, and support networks that truly make a difference. However, I believe there is still much more that can be done to enhance student wellbeing, and I am excited to run again to build upon the progress we’ve made.

If re-elected, I will introduce even more wellbeing initiatives that focus on both mental and physical health, fostering a stronger sense of community among engineering students. I plan to implement more regular check-in sessions, expand wellbeing workshops, and advocate for better academic-life balance by working closely with faculty and student representatives. My goal is to ensure that every student feels heard, supported, and empowered to succeed. With my experience and dedication, I am committed to making wellbeing a priority within the CGCU, and I would be honored to continue serving as your Wellbeing Officer.
