Hi! I’m Huanchen Liu, a second-year Aeronautical Engineering student, and I’m excited to apply for the role of Wellbeing Officer at CGCU. I have always cared deeply about student wellbeing, and I understand how important it is to have a supportive and welcoming community, especially in a stressful environment. During my time in school, I held roles in the student union, where I gained valuable experience in organizing events and supporting my peers, I believe these experiences can help me to enhance your wellbeing at university.
If elected, I will work to organize fun and relaxing events that promote both mental health and social connection, such as puppy therapy sessions, visits to cat cafés, and other creative activities that help students unwind and enjoy university life.
With my experience, passion, and dedication, I believe I can help make CGCU a happier, healthier, and more supportive place for everyone. I am looking forward to the opportunity of serving as your CGCU Wellbeing Officer for 2025-2026.
