Azra Naz Akinci

Merhaba! I’m Azra, a Biological Sciences student at Imperial and a dedicated member of our Turkish Society. This past year, serving as Chair has been an incredible experience—one that strengthened our community, expanded our reach, and brought us closer as a society.

I’m running for re-election to continue this momentum and build on what we’ve achieved. My vision remains clear: a society where every member feels welcome, valued, and connected—whether through our cherished traditions or exciting new initiatives. If elected, I will:

• Enhance our core events while introducing fresh ideas like outdoor gatherings and academic panels.

• Strengthen inclusivity by ensuring everyone’s interests are represented.

• Expand networking opportunities, creating more chances for professional and cultural engagement.
