Hello! I am sooooo excited to be running for CC (again🤪)!! I am more than ready to lead you girls into the best year ICSM netball has seen yet! A year off committee has not stopped this girl from plotting, planning and scheming all things netball.

My biggest aim for next year is to ensure that ICSMNC is inclusive and makes everyone feel welcome!

My goals:

• Bring back Girls Tour rebranded as a Girl’s Weekend!! In first term I want to organise a Girls Weekend in London where freshers can be introduced to tour for a day full of tour-activities in firms followed by a debrief brunch the next day!
• Social Media Revamp! I want to work closely with our new Social Media Officer to introduce new ideas such as ‘Day in the Life’ following team captains and other committee members for a day. Also posting regularly on TikTok both for playing and socials.
• Match Support! Encouraging members to come and support home matches for our teams to boost morale! I also want to start having our coaches come to matches as well.
• Regular Sober Socials! Initial idea is to have team socials after training on a Sunday once a month to have some more wholesome socials.
• Whole club meeting and votes! There are matters that I believe are decisions for the whole club to have a part in – one being tackling demand for playing in competitive teams by bringing back the 5s……? 👀
