To all my Fellow Members of Imperial College Snooker and Pool,

I have come again with my hand extended asking for you to put your trust in me to take on the role as President of our Society. I know that in my first year of doing this job it wasn't the smoothest transition and I made a few mistakes. However, I have definitely learned from them and have implemented structures to prevent them from occuring. For example, the committee meets regularly to discuss budgets, future costs and new ideas to improve our memebers' experiences.

I would like to shine a light onto some of the things I, with the rest of the committee, was able to accomplish so far this year. Getting the table reclothed was an big, early achievement. I have been able to secure the Society an extra £2000 for this year, which also puts us on course for changing the Society into a Sports Club, by the start of next year we will be part of Imperial Atheletes. This means extra funding, more support and less expenses for the members next year. Another thing that I am proud of, is building a relationship with the Union staff, who have streamlined admin for the society, their work can't go unnoticed!

I am proud of the rest of the committee, we work well together as a team but I always encourage new faces to put their names forward.
