Over the past three years, I’ve seen the growth of our club occur mainly through small changes which have snowballing effects I’m ready to continue this and apply what I've learn from current and previous comittees.

This year I have learnt the ropes as Kit Sec. I have managed large email chains with several kit suppliers, sorted out payments with the union, and made all the cool kit drops happen with consistent planning and organisation. Also, living with Laura and Orla has given me a front-row seat to what it takes to run the club, and I belive these combines experiences sets me up best to grow further into this role.

This year, we’ve seen some fantastic improvements—better communication from athletes to Hamzat that’s really helped shape our S&C programme, and more open dialogue between coaches and athletes. The positive feedback from the senior squad and the progress in how coxes are supported has also been amazing. Next year I want to hang on to these wins, especially as we welcome a new coaching staff next season.

I’m not here to overhaul what’s working; I just want to keep the momentum going.
