Dear All!

I’m Angi Zhou, a first-year BME student, and I’m excited to run for Treasurer of the Bioengineering Society.

Why me?

• As the Wellbeing Rep for Year 1, I’ve coorganised events like Take Me Out and brought snacks to my cohort to ensure that everyone feels included.
• Being part of the Investment Society gives me access to resources that can help manage our finances better.

My goals as Treasurer:

• Financial transparency: I'll keep you updated with our budget and expenses by writing reports every term.
• Funding for MORE ACTIVITIES: I’ll work with the Sponsorship Liaison to secure external funding for the activities proposed by the Event Officers. Personally, I’d love to see more bonding events for our society, and I’ll aim to get enough funding to make that happen.
