I am excited to nominate myself for the role of Secretary. With strong organisational skills and attention to detail, I believe I can effectively support the club’s operations and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

As Secretary, I will ensure that weekly emails are clear, engaging, and informative, keeping everyone up to date with club activities and events. I will also maintain the inventory efficient and well-documented, ensuring our kit and merch orders are well-organised. Additionally, I will take accurate meeting records, making sure all decisions and discussions are properly recorded for the committee’s reference.

I have experience in writing clear communications and managing schedules, and working within committees, I was the head of the student council in high school and organizers of debate competitions, which has given me the skills to handle this role effectively.

I am eager to contribute in a meaningful way, supporting the club’s organisation and keeping members informed. If elected, I will bring dedication, efficiency, and enthusiasm to the role.
