With a substantial number of our players are leaving🙀, as a mixed doubles captain, my goal is to ensure we maintain our high standards while creating more opportunities for players to develop their skills, strategies, and teamwork😼🫶💪.
1. Dedicated Mixed Doubles Training
If enough players are available, I will allocate a court specifically for mixed doubles training, allowing us to focus on the unique aspects of the game. This will give pairs the chance to build chemistry, refine rotations, and sharpen their tactics.
2. Utilizing Our Coaches for Tactical Growth
We will make full use of our coaches to improve our strategy, positioning, and shot selection, ensuring our mixed doubles players are well-prepared to compete at a high level.
3. Maintaining Our High Standards
Our mixed doubles teams have always been strong, but with many experienced players leaving, it’s crucial we continue developing new talent to sustain this level of play. I will actively work with players to identify potential partnerships, refine skills, and strengthen our squad to ensure we remain competitive.
