I'm Vishal Vijay Kumar and I'm running to be your UNICEF Society Vice Chair.

Why Me?

✅ Passionate & Dedicated: I have actively engaged in multiple charitable causes and volunteering initiatives, such as blood donation drives, campaigning for migrant workers' rights, making medicine more accessible to students from less privileged backgrounds and more.

✅ Experienced Leader: With leadership roles in multiple student organizations, including being part of the current executive committee of Vision, a student society that runs multiple free large conferences for students form less fortunate backgrounds to support their entry into medicine, I bring with me strong organizational and teamwork skills as well as key knowledge on how to run a society involved with the charitable sector to ensure smooth operations.

✅ Innovative & Inclusive: I aim to create a welcoming space, introducing fresh ideas to engage more students and expand our initiatives so as to raise more money than we ever have in an academic year. I will do this by increasing collaborations with other societies to raise awareness about UNICEF and money for it in their events.

My Vision

🔹 Increase Outreach & Awareness: Organizing engaging events, campaigns, and collaborations to extend our reach on campus. An example would be setting up stalls in conferences and events held by other societies.

🔹 Enhance Member Engagement & Recognition: Providing more opportunities for involvement for members and getting them some kind of formal recognition for volunteering (Perhaps from UNICEF itself).
