After a year of solid performance and unfortunate circumstances, I will be gunning for those top Finals spots that I KNOW we deserve as Imperial Sailing.

My Goals:

- Get Imperial Red to Playoffs caliber

- Attend more competitive events & more fun events. Use casual events to gain intel on our performance and competition to gain an edge for BUSA comps

- Conduct film review sessions to improve tactics and sailing technique

- Refine training structure, and give more 1 on 1 coaching.

- Make sailing as fun as it is competitive

I've missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I've been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.
