I am excited to apply for the role of Executive Committee Member, bringing my passion for surgery and experience in event organisation to enhance our society’s offerings. As the current Head of Events for Cardiosoc, I have successfully organised educational workshops, speaker events, and networking opportunities—skills I am eager to apply to Surgsoc

If elected, I will work to:

• Enhance Practical Skills Training – Expand hands-on surgical workshops tailored for all skill levels, from beginner suturing to advanced techniques.
• Strengthen Career Support & Networking – Organise events with renowned surgeons, offering mentorship, career insights, and research opportunities.
• Foster Collaboration & Innovation – Establish partnerships with other medical societies to create multidisciplinary events that reflect real-world surgical teamwork.
• Make Surgery More Accessible – Ensure that students from all backgrounds have equal access to surgical education, resources, and opportunities.

With my proven leadership experience and enthusiasm for surgery, I am committed to making the Surgical Society more dynamic, inclusive, and beneficial for all members. I would be honored to have your support.
