Krishnii Sivakumaran

Hello everyone, I’m Krishnii and I’m thrilled to be running for the role of Secretary as I am passionate about this specialty because it provides a unique opportunity to directly impact women’s health across all stages of life. I would be grateful for the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the society in this role.

Being part of the subcommittee as a sponsorship officer, has provided me with valuable insight into the society’s organisation. I’ve gained experience in managing relationships with sponsors, coordinating with other members, and understanding the logistical needs of a successful event. This experience has strengthened my organisational and communication skills, which are crucial for the role of Secretary. I would focus on maintaining clear communication, organising meetings, and managing important documentation to ensure smooth operations. My aim is to support the society’s activities and ensure its continued success.

Additionally, my experience as Head of Sponsorships in Tamil Society has honed my ability to manage sponsorships, liaise with charities, and coordinate with catering and media partners. I also organised a charity talk and created marketing content for sponsors, giving me the skills to secure funding and build strong partnerships. I understand the importance of organisation, attention to detail, and proactive management, which will be invaluable in supporting the society’s growth.

I’m passionate about Obstetrics and Gynaecology and excited to bring my skills and enthusiasm to this role, ensuring the society and its members have the resources and support they need to thrive.
