Hey everyone! I’m Cedric, and I’m super excited to be running for Secretary of the Surf Society.

I may not be a seasoned surfer yet, but I’m eager to learn, and I couldn’t think of a better way to do so than by immersing myself in this awesome society. Surfing is about resilience, community, and pushing yourself beyond your limits—values that resonate deeply with me.

My experience as Sports Officer for the Singapore Society has given me a solid foundation in organizing events, managing logistics, and keeping a society running smoothly. Whether it’s coordinating sport sessions, handling communications, or ensuring everyone is up to date with surf trips and socials, I’m confident that I can bring my skills to the table and help keep the stoke alive!

Beyond just a love for the ocean, I genuinely believe in what Surf Society stands for—adventure, inclusivity, and a shared passion for the waves. Being part of the exec team would not only allow me to contribute to the society’s success but also help create a welcoming space for everyone, whether you're a total beginner like me or a seasoned pro.

If elected, I’ll make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so you can focus on catching waves and having an amazing time.
