Hello everyone!

I’m Arun Nandakumar, a Project Manager at ICG and London Strategic Consulting (LSC) and Engagement Manager at Cambridge Consulting Network (CCN). With hands-on experience managing consulting projects and strategy execution, I want to expand ICCS’s impact, improve consultant training, and enhance industry connections.

What I Will Add to ICCS

If elected, I plan to incorporate the following and more:

• Standardise resources and project execution by introducing structured slide decks, role expectations, and an ICCS Consulting Internship tracker.
• Establish an alumni network to leverage our past members to create a stronger talent pipeline into consulting roles and negotiate ICCS-exclusive early access to applications, insight days, and networking events at MBB/boutiques.
• Introduce an ICCS Internal Training Programme with a structured syllabus covering market sizing, problem structuring, financial modelling, and storytelling, with weekly case study groups and peer-led mock interviews.
• Launch an ICCS Research & Insights publication where members analyse industries, market trends, and real consulting cases, building research skills and increasing ICCS’s visibility with firms.
